My theory is that when you have a life full of sunshine, energy, fruitful relationships and good food, you don't really feel a strong desire to sit down and write.
Until the winter comes here, I think I'll find little inspiration. I will, however, find a lot of joy in the summertime. In the winter time I think many of us fall into the half-asleep slumber dealio. A place where the veil between you and your shadow is thin. Where we half reside inside of our shadow, and our thoughts become more akin to what our subconscious would like to say to us.
But in the summer time, I am caught in the reality of it all. In the physical world, in making love, being, and fitness. My body takes precedence in this phase. And my body takes control to a certain extent. I feel nothing wrong about that, I just let it happen. Anyways my body is telling me I'm hungry now so I'm leaving to eat :)
You nailed it. Summer is sensuality personified; body is the prime commander.
